David leads the Human Resources function for Insero. He has the responsibility for day-to-day human resource functions such as staffing, new hire orientation, performance appraisal support, policy development and administration, creating retention programs along with benefit plan development, and training and development initiatives. He also serves as an “internal coach” to all levels of management and staff by providing guidance and feedback on policies, performance assessment, internal career planning, internal communications, and team member relations.
David has been successful in expanding his role by providing Recruiting and HR Support Services to many local clients. As a Recruiting Services provider, he typically works on direct hire positions including Bookkeepers, Accountants, Controllers, and CFOs. On occasion, David also has the opportunity to recruit for HR and Administrative related positions. His HR Support Services include conducting HR audits, employee policy, and handbook review for clients as needed.

David resides in North Chili, New York with his wife Maggie and their three children. In his free time David enjoys working on sports/muscle cars, attending car shows, and spending time with his family.
