David Mandrycky leads the human resources and administration support function for Insero & Co. and has been instrumental in supporting our Best Places to Work initiatives. He has the responsibility for day-to-day human resource functions such as staffing, new hire orientation, performance appraisal support, policy development and administration, creating retention programs along with benefit plan development, and training and development initiatives. He also serves as an internal coach to all levels of management and staff by providing guidance and feedback on policies, performance assessment, internal career planning, internal communications, and team member relations.
David is also a leader of Insero Talent Solutions, a division of Insero providing recruiting and HR Support services to many local clients. As a recruiting services provider, he provides quality candidates for direct-hire positions including bookkeepers, accountants, controllers, and CFOs. His HR support services include conducting HR audits and employee policy and handbook review.

David resides in North Chili, NY with his wife Maggie and their three children. In his free time David enjoys working on sports/muscle cars, attending car shows, spending time with his family and being involved with his childrens’ sports teams.
