2022 Partner and Principal Announcement

Insero & Co. CPAs, LLP is pleased to announce that Jennifer Allen, CPA and Benjamin Owens, CPA have been admitted as partners in the firm and that Evan Cleveland, CPA and David Evans, CPA have been promoted to principal in the firm, effective January 1, 2022.

Jennifer Allen is a member of the firm’s Audit and Business Advisory Services Group and leads the planning and execution of financial statement and compliance audits and consults with clients concerning budgets, operations, compliance, and other management issues. She resides in Penfield, NY and is a graduate of St. John Fisher College.

Benjamin Owens is a member of the firm’s Audit and Business Advisory Services Group and specializes in government, nonprofit, and commercial auditing. He assists his clients through the audit process and helps them understand their accounting requirements and financial reporting. He resides in Groton, NY and attended SUNY Cortland and Ithaca College.

Evan Cleveland is a member of the firm’s Audit Department and specializes in governmental and nonprofit auditing. Evan is well versed in Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) statement interpretation and implementation. He resides in Trumansburg, NY and is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University.

David Evans is a member of the firm’s Tax Department with over 17 years of experience focusing on expatriate and high net worth individual income tax compliance. He also has extensive experience advising multinational companies with their global mobility programs. David resides in North Greece, NY and is a graduate of the State University of New York, College at Brockport.
