NYS requires electronic workplace postings

Governor Kathy Hochul has signed has signed a bill amending NYS Labor Law Section 201. The amendment, which goes into effect immediately, requires that mandatory workplace postings be made available electronically. For more information, visit dol.nys.gov and nysenate.gov.
