Internship Program

Why choose Insero?

Our Internship Program is a great way for accounting students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program to gain real world experience with audit procedures, accounting standards and systems, tax returns, and 1099s. Our interns benefit by having an experienced mentor who will assist in their growth and development. Recruiting for new interns typically takes place in the fall (September through November) for positions starting the following year in either January or May. • What our employees have to say...

"The working environment at Insero is something that all firms should strive for. Insero promotes a friendly, helpful, and active workplace. Everyone at the firm is extremely helpful with answering questions or helping with assignments. One of the firm's core values is 'One Firm', and this notion is 100% accurate. As an intern, I felt comfortable going to a partner or manager to ask questions or if I needed help with something. Having this comfort level made it a really great learning experience that I will be able to draw upon in the future.

Another great thing about my time at Insero was the networking and socializing. I especially enjoyed playing on the Insero softball team and participating in the first annual interns vs. staff golf outing. There were many chances to interact and socialize with people of all levels at the firm.

The best part about the experience of my internship at Insero was the opportunity to work directly with clients. I thought this was a very important aspect of the internship. Not only did I learn how to interact with clients, but I also got a chance to see what they do. This really allowed me to understand what the client produced or supplied and how they worked."
