The Advisor Program
Every team member is assigned an advisor who assists with the development of your career at Insero to match your interests and future plans. Advisors are highly-trained to learn how to be the best resource for their advisees. Advisors serve a coaches, solicit and provide feedback, help set short-term goals and formal individual development plans, and act as role models for their advisees.

We had an incredible evening at the Annual Chocolate Ball alongside Lawley Insurance and Medical Motor Service, all in support of Empowering People’s Independence’s epilepsy programs. The night was filled with indulgent chocolate cake, bubbly champagne, handcrafted cocktails, and a tribute to our local culinary talent. A truly sweet celebration for a great cause! 🍫🥂✨

Congratulations to Tom Whelehan for being selected as one of the St. John Fisher College’s 2025 Accounting Rising Star award recipients! This award is given to alumni of the last decade who are doing noteworthy things in their career in the accounting industry while maintaining Fisher values.
