Who should attend: CEOs, CFOs, HR and other leaders of nonprofit organizations

Inclusive leadership begins with “I.” Great leaders know how to leverage culture, diversity and inclusion as an asset for personal, team and organization success. Fundamentals of inclusive leadership allow us to think differently about talent retention and advancement and launch a journey from awareness, understanding and application of inclusive principles to the integration and sustainable behaviors of true inclusivity.

This presentation will cover the I-LEAD model for inclusive leadership and the skills and behaviors of igh-performing leaders.

  • Describe the I-LEAD model for assessing inclusive leadership and action.
  • List key terms, concepts and defining principles of diversity, equity and inclusion.
