“I chose to work at Insero because of the culture and the atmosphere within the office. Everyone I spoke with was happy to be working at Insero and made me feel at home right from the start, even before I accepted my position. Even though I am no longer new to the firm, my initial impression still holds true. I enjoy everyone I work with and feel respected by all levels, from other staff accountants and admin staff to managers and partners.
What really makes Insero different is how much the firm cares and invests in its employees. Our input is often requested and always welcome. Whatever input is given, I feel it is honestly taken into consideration and used to improve every employee’s experience. There is also no shortage of learning experiences. Be it formal and informal training or managers and partners sitting down and explaining specific questions.
At Insero, I’m offered the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients within different industries, of different sizes, and on different types of engagements. This has greatly expanded my knowledge and understanding of accounting, auditing, regulations, and business well past what I feel can be learned in any classroom.
The best part of working at Insero is the people and additional opportunities outside of the normal day-to-day business. From going out to lunch with my team, the opportunity to travel, playing on a firm-sponsored sports team, or volunteering with multiple community organizations, it seems there is always something going on. Insero also understands that there is life outside of the office. If I ever have a situation arise where I need to take time off or work a flexible schedule, I know that Insero understands and will work with me.”
