“When I graduated from college, I thought as long as I could be the most technical accountant, I would find success; however, this was not the case. The best part of working at Insero is the open door policy. This is not a policy that is in writing, but is in practice. You not only can walk into any Partners’ (including Frank Insero) office without an invitation and they make you feel very comfortable in the process.
Overall, salary is not usually the best way to select a firm. It is important to learn about the people you are interviewing with and to know if it fits your personality. Selecting a firm is hopefully a long term commitment. You and your coworkers will spend a great deal of time together and a positive and enjoyable environment only enhances your daily work experience and productivity.”
