Marcus joined the firm in September 2006 after graduating from St. John Fisher College.
“I have learned a variety of skills while at Insero; among them are organization and communication. In this profession, organization is an important skill, as well as the ability to communicate effectively not only with other Insero personnel, but also with our clients.
While working at Insero, I have had exposure to working with a wide variety of clients in varying industries. This has been an important aspect in the development and growth of my technical skills.
Insero & Company has a wide range of community involvement and encourages participation within the firm. We pride ourselves on giving back to the community.
The atmosphere of the Insero firm is a comfortable one. Partners and managers of the firm are approachable and welcome communication with all team members. One word of wisdom I might give to a college student would be to look at the personality of the firm to see if it is compatible with his or her own career goals and expectations as opposed to focusing on the firm with the largest salary or best benefits.”
