CPAs and brings over 30 years' experience working with closely held businesses including contractors, manufacturers, distributors, and real estate developers. Frank not only provides his clients with traditional accounting, tax, and general business advice, he also is a valued resource for business growth strategies and improving business performance. He is also chairman of Insero Wealth Strategies, LLC, which focuses on helping entrepreneurs determine likely successors for their business. In this capacity he has had extensive experience working to transition businesses to family members, employees (ESOP), and outright sales to public and private markets; advising clients on strategies to minimize estate tax; and assisting clients with money management needs. His hands-on approach and focus on service are valued resources for his clients.
